YOGYAKARTA – PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TLDN) recently held the TPA Conference 2023 for 2 days from May 15-16, 2023, at the Royal Ambarrukmo Hotel in Yogyakarta. This year’s TPA Conference carried the theme “Achieving Sustainable Performance through TELADAN’s Cultural Transformation.”
The TPA Conference is an annual event to serve as a strategic forum for conveying the previous year’s evaluation, strategic performance achievements, and strategies to reach targets in the current year. It is expected that all TLDN management and employees can deliver their best performance.
Mr. Ahmad Gunung, the CEO of TLDN’s subsidiary company, personally appreciated all company employees. He stated that the Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) certification obtained by all TLDN subsidiaries was one of the most outstanding achievements during 2022. He hopes that TLDN can continue to improve its standards to remain competitive in the palm oil industry sector.
“Alhamdulillah (Praise be to God), TLDN has been present for 19 years as a palm oil plantation company, and through our commitment and hard work, all TLDN subsidiaries obtained the ISPO certification last year,” said Mr. Ahmad Gunung.
In addition to Mr. Ahmad Gunung, the TPA Conference 2023 was also attended by Mr. Noor Falich, the Director of Plantation & Agronomy at TLDN, Mr. Imam Syaifullah, the Director of Logistics & Engineering at TLDN, Mr. Yayan H. Ginanjar, the Director of Sustainability at TLDN, Mr. Mahirudin, the Director of Finance, Accounting & Taxation at TLDN, as well as the entire range of Department Heads and Managers at TLDN.
