PT Teladan Prima Agro (TPA) held an internal conference that was attended by all management level personnel, employees, and staff. With the title Moving Forward, the conference took place virtually on 6th of April 2021. The agenda of the conference included a presentation summarizing the company’s 2020 performance as well as the management’s outlook and expectations for 2021, communication of the company’s 2021 strategic plan, facilitation of motivational sessions, and declaration of TPA’s Integrity Pact.
Mr. Ahmad Gunung, CEO of Teladan Prima Group, expressed his pride and gratitude for the performance and hard work of the employees in contributing to the company’s outstanding achievements: “In 2020, we experienced an increase in company productivity compared to 2019. This achievement would not have been possible without the sacrifice, energy, thought, and hard work that our colleagues have dedicated throughout the year.”
As a form of appreciation, the company also gave awards in several categories to recognize excellent estate, mill, and employee performances. The winners of the “Best Estate 2020” category were Bukit Permata Estate 1, Bukit Permata Estate 2, and Talisayan Estate. The winner of the “Best Mill & Logistics 2020” category was Talisayan Mill. Following the announcement of “Best Mill & Logistics 2020”, the winners of “Best Employee – Estate Assistant” category were Trisnawi Dualangi (TSE), Dio Dandy Untara (TSE), and Sukoco (SKE). The winners of “Best Employee – Mill & Logistics Assistant” were Faisal Ikhwan Fauzy (BPM), Ikhwan Hasani (BPM), and Catur Saptono (TSM). The winners of the “Best Employee – Technic Assistant” category were Ferdi Bachri, (LME), Anas (BP1), and Zain Habibie (BP1), then the “Best Employee – Estate/Mill & Logistics Administration” awards category went to Mohammad Zaenuri (BP2), Juwit Gunawan (MB1). Lastly, the winner of the “Lifetime Achievement Award 2020” was the late Mr. Sru Susila Utama.
On this occasion, Mr. Iwa Kartiwa Hudaya as former Senior Advisor also gave a few motivational words to all of TPA’s employees. Mr. Iwa mentioned that to build a good oil palm plantation requires preparation, struggle, faith, love, and prayer. By holding the “Moving Forward” conference, we hope that all TPA personnel can continue to provide their best performance and integrity for mutual success. TPA Champion!
