Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Have at least 5 (five) years experience in related fields.
- Having experiences related to heavy equipment and road maintenance is a plus point.
- Physically and mentally healthy fit.
Job Description:
- Prepare work plans for infrastructure improvement and maintenance throughout all business Area as well as an effective and acurate budget planning.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources that consisting of personnel, heavy equipment/vehicles, materials and costs in order to achieved target productivity and cost optimization.
- Communicate infrastructure improvement and maintenance activities with the Head of Area, Estate Manager and other related departments.
- Coordinate the implementation/execution of infrastructure improvement and maintenance activities to comply with established standards.
- Fostering and strengthening the competence and quality of human resources.
- Fostering and strengthening the competence and quality of human resources.
- Coordinate the process on reporting data and information related to infrastructure improvement and maintenance activities that are fast, precise, and accurateto to support management in the decision-making process.
